WaterCare COVID-19/Lockdown Update
We are still working business as usual with a number of operatives working from home and at our production facility.
We’ve been dealing with many enquires, therefore have answered our most commonly asked questions below.
Where is my order?
Providing you have placed your order before 12pm, we are able to process and despatch your order to arrive the following working day. We are working very hard with our couriers to ensure you receive your order when anticipated, however due to current circumstances related to COVID-19, please be aware we are facing some delays which are beyond our control. If you do not receive your order when expected, please call us on 01279 780250 so we can look into this for you.
Will I be able to use my current Water Filter once business returns to usual?
We have put together a simple step-by-step guide and important hygiene information to ensure your Water Filters are ready for use once we’re all back up and running. Please click here to view our guide.
Will I need to flush my Water Filters if they haven’t been used for a long period of time?
Filters left unused can build up bacteria, we have put together some useful tips on what best practise is here. We do recommend that filter cartridges are replaced at a minimum of every 12 months.
What should I do with other WaterCare Water Treatment?
